Corey Stanford

Corey Stanford is the CEO and founder of Scaling Leaders LLC. He is primarily responsible for leadership
of the company, key client relationships, and business development. He also consults on the design and
delivery of high-impact leadership, team, and culture development initiatives.

Corey has over 20 years of experience leading and developing leaders and executives in corporate, NGO,
and government sectors. He currently leads a team of fifty executive coaches, leadership trainers, and facilitators.

Corey holds an executive MBA and is both a Master Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training
Institute.

Corey lives with his family in Colorado Springs, where he enjoys hiking, skiing, and camping.
